About

I am a radio host by day and wannabe kitchen goddess, interior decorator, and fashion designer by night. I love to explore and try new tastes, textures, smells, sights, and sounds.

I also love to spend quiet evenings at home with the love of my life and our cuddly husky dog.

I was born and raised in my favourite place on Earth, Labrador. I left there to study geology at Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. After finishing my BSc I made a switch to radio and returned to the Annapolis Valley to study Radio & Television Arts in Kentville. After working at several radio stations in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, I returned to Kentville and have been living here since 2008.

Writing has always been a passion of mine. Other passions include my family, friends, photography, talking, rocks, meeting new people, our environment, spreading a little kindness each day, and sushi.
